Mariners House is a quiet, pretty sea side home, with 2 bedrooms, the 1st a double the 2nd a twin.

The propery has a private south facing garden with a barbeque area. The bright recently decorated rooms are centrally heated with a open gas effect fire in the lounge. The House is situated on a private estate and is still only 100 yards from local shops and the beach where you can enjoy an ice cream from the beach kiosk whilst watching windsurfers & sailing boats or just strolling along the beach (level walking).

There is use of the garden shed for windsurfing equipment or bikes (excellent mountain biking on the South Downs), and pets are also welcome.Master Bedroom

Mariners House sleeps four to six people Bed linen & Towels are provided

The House is fully furnished with a TV in both bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen

The Bedrooms have oak floors & doors the Ist a double bedroom overlooking the courtyard. The Twin bedroom is at the front of the House
